Cancellation and No-show Policy

Thank you for choosing Wallan Wallan Natural Therapies, your time with us is genuinely appreciated. In order for us to provide you with an accessible, fair and professional service, we would like to inform you about our Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

We hope that this Policy will also help us to schedule appointments for all clients as efficiently and effectively as possible.

• Please inform us as soon as possible (preferably by phone) if you cannot make a booked/confirmed appointment.

• If you need to cancel an appointment and that is done more than 24 hours prior to the original appointment time, a cancellation fee will not be charged.

• For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice (and also for unattended appointments) the standard appointment fee for that booked appointment will apply (please note for exceptional circumstances this fee may be waived, at the discretion of the Clinic principal).

• Change of appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice, attract a fee equal to 50% of the standard fee due for that appointment (note that this also at the discretion of the Clinic principal).

We thank you for your understanding, and of course every consideration will be extended to you in exceptional/unavoidable circumstances.

Our sole purpose is to help with your health and wellbeing needs, and we feel that this Policy strikes a fair and reasonable balance for all clients wishing to access our services.
